This summer has been very exciting here at HCAW as we continue to see God using believers in the workplace and we continue to add more like-minded churches to the network. HCAW exists to ignite churches to pursue an Ephesians 4:12 worklife discipleship process - equipping their members to walk well with God at work and effectively expand Kingdom influence to their coworkers and places of work assignment.
One pastor said to his church “The Church on Monday is evidence that the Church on Sunday is REAL!"

OS GUINNESS, BEST SELLING AUTHOR JOINS HCAW TO COACH CHURCH WORKLIFE DIRECTORS
One way we serve churches is providing ongoing coaching to church partners to enhance and expand their work life ministry process. As part of our coaching we provide a monthly best practice session. Next month Os Guinness, best selling author of the “The Call” and many other great works will be coaching the Local Church WorkLife Directors from churches around the country. He will discuss the primacy of God’s callings in our lives and how to respond to them, as well as the role of the church in this area. He reminds us that our primary call is to reconciliation with God through Christ and then secondarily to join God in the unique plan He has for us based on our unique design and circumstances. WorkLife Directors will be exploring how they can provide additional ongoing support for their congregations. Thank you Os Guinness! HIS CHURCH AT WORK ADDS CAREER/JOB TRANSITION CHANNEL TO CHURCH WORKLIFE SUPPORT CENTER PLATFORM
Coming this fall, HCAW is enhancing their WorkLife Discipleship content through a partnership with the Crossroads Career Network. This Career Transition Channel will help every church meet this critical need in the work lives of their members - helping them pursue a Christ-centered job search and career transition process utilizing a proven six-step process and a great amount of resources and tools. Some of these practical steps in the process are:

Step 3: Altitude- Focusing On The Marketplace
Step 4: Searching - Finding Opportunities

GOD’S PRESENCE IN THE WORKPLACE
HCAW is very focused on being a catalyst for personal transformation that produces real and lasting fruit. One of HCAW's church partners received this testimony of how the WorkLife Ministry prepared and prompted this member to serve Christ at work and find God's presence. Hear this person's heart:
I have always been very involved at church BUT since having my church affirm me in seeing my work as ministry things are really changing. I have never had courage like I do now. I am praying for my co-workers, sharing the Discipleship Resources from our WorkLife Ministry with several co-workers and even had a conversation about Christ with my boss who is our company CEO. I am so happy and full of joy. Please do not ever stop supporting me here at work. Before this kind of help this area of my life was mostly untouched by God’s presence.

Victory World Church in Norcross, GA is focused on equipping and releasing their members to be on mission for Christ, but their leadership wanted to have a clear and intentional effort to address their work lives. Victory looked at options in the church market for help in this area.
